Why are the lights flashing on the front of my mini 11/mini 9?

The orange lights flashing on the front of your mini 11 or mini 9 is your cameras way of telling you it is ready for a battery change! We recommend using alkaline batteries and changing them whilst your camera is in the on position.

What temperatures can my camera/printer operate in?

+5°C/+41°F to +40°C/+104°F, if taking images below 5°, keep developing the picture in a warm place.

How many shots can my camera / printer take before I have to change/recharge the batteries?

This depends on the camera or printer you use but all products can shoot/print around 100 photos before having to change the batteries. Some products can do many more than that from one set of batteries, e.g. the instax SQUARE SQ6 can shoot around 300 photos on one set of batteries.

Why are my photos coming out too dark/too bright? - mini 8 | mini 9

This is usually due to choosing the incorrect setting on the dial found on the front of the camera. Be-fore you take your picture, always take a look at the front of the lens to check the dot on the lens aligns with the light that is lit (in orange). If it is on the wrong setting, the photos can come out too bright or too dark.

My instax is broken/faulty what should I do?
