Bowral to Balingup: Fall in love with Australia this autumn
As we wave goodbye to long summer days we say hello to the rich reds, oranges and golds of autumn leaves.
From March to May, our very own Australian backyard transforms, and what better way to celebrate the vibrant colours of the season than by visiting the most beautiful locations?! Here are our fave spots across the country to experience and capture the magic of autumn.
Bowral, New South Wales
The largest town in one of the state’s most iconic scenic regions, Bowral turns into a kaleidoscope of colour during autumn. While the area is most famous for its tulips, you can’t look past the charm that is the Southern Highlands between March and May.
Just 90 minutes south-west of Sydney, be sure to pack your instax SQ1 to capture the effortless beauty on your day trip to Bowral.
Cradle Mountain - Lake St Clair National Park, Tasmania
Tasmania’s natural beauty is rarely more captivating than during autumn when the island transforms into a spectacular assortment of colour. From late April through to May, a tree in the iconic Cradle Mountain - Lake St Clair National Park bursts into reds, oranges and golds in what locals call the ‘turning of the fagus’.
With so much to take in, the double-sized prints of the instax WIDE 300 will allow you to capture double the beauty.
